A balanced practice combining physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation. Poses are typically held for several breaths, building strength, flexibility, and alignment. This slower-paced class is ideal for all levels, including beginners, and helps cultivate a calm, centered mind, but also creates a good amount of heat and, over time, strength.
