Service Description
Qigong (pronounced "chee-gong") is a 4,000-year-old Chinese health system combining gentle movement, rhythmic breathing, and focused meditation to cultivate and balance "qi" (vital life force energy). Often described as "meditation in motion," it enhances physical health, mental clarity, and emotional stability by reducing stress and improving energy circulation. This is a donation Based class hosted by Amanda Oberheu; who has practiced Qigong for many of years.
